President/CEO

Dean was born and raised in VA and has a B.S. degree from James Madison University. He started Integrated Insurance Solutions in 2001 after an 11 year career as a PGA Professional and has been focused on Commercial Lines Insurance since. Dean has been married to his wife Bethany since 1993. He is a proud father of 3, and even prouder that 2 of the children have graduated college. His youngest son attends Fellowship Christian School in Roswell, GA. While he still enjoys golf, tennis and the outdoors, his favorite times were coaching one of his three children’s sports over the years. Dean is an active Rotarian and a Paul Harris Fellow.

Senior Sales Associate

Stephen is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a degree in Business Management and Accounting.  He and his beautiful wife, Geri have been happily married for 29 years and have 3 wonderful adult children.  Soon to be empty nesters, he and his wife plan to spend more time together traveling.  He enjoys hunting, fishing and SEC football.

Dana was born and raised in Duluth, Georgia. She and her husband David have been married for 35 years and live in Lawrenceville. They have 2 sons, and 4 grandchildren. 

Dana has over 30 years combined experience in the insurance industry working in both Commercial Lines and Employee benefits. 

She enjoys playing golf, tennis and pickle-ball , and also loves spending time with friends and family.

Commercial Account Executive

Johana Velasquez joined Integrated Insurance in 2011.  She specializes in Personal Lines and now is expanding into Commercial Lines.   She was born in Guatemala but moved to Georgia with her family when she was four years old.  She now lives in Roswell with her husband of 15 years and two children – a Centennial Knight sophomore and a Haynes Bridge middle schooler.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and supporting her children’s sports activities including band and soccer.

Jay was born in Pittsburgh and raised in CT. He was graduated from the University of New Mexico with a bachelor’s degree and played golf.  Jay is married to his wife of 32 years and has two children.  Cadie graduated from Samford University as a nurse.  Jack attends the University of South Carolina and is in the international business school.  Jay has been in the insurance field for 15 years after selling a business in Boston and moving south.  Jay is very active in the golf and Ice hockey community where he plays and refs all levels of youth hockey.

Personal Lines Specialist

Dan Mitrovich grew up in Johns Creek where our offices are located. He loves this community and enjoys working in his home town. Dan graduated with a degree in business management from the University of North Georgia and now specializes in Personal lines insurance. He married his wife Ashley in 2019 who is a business owner in our community. In his free time Dan enjoys being outdoors in the north Georgia mountains, playing hockey and relaxing at the lake.

Customer Service Representative

Lucy was born and raised in Lawrenceville, Georgia. She attended and played soccer for Georgia Perimeter College. In 2015 she married her husband, Matthew. Lucy has worked in the restaurant industry for many years serving, bartending, and managing. In September of 2018, she gave birth to her daughter and decided to get into a career that was more family friendly. She’s been working for Integrated since May, and is really enjoying her new career in the insurance industry. Lucy loves going to Atlanta United soccer games, hiking up in North Georgia, and spending the weekends with her family. When she finds the spare time, she loves reading and playing the piano.

Customer Service Representative

Kate was born in Ukraine and immigrated with her family in the 90’s. She’s lived most of her life in Georgia and speaks both Russian and English. Kate graduated at the top of her class from Kennesaw State University with an Early Childhood Education degree. She has been married to her husband Brad since 2007 and is a proud mother of three boys. She has dedicated her time and efforts into raising and educating her children. In 2024, Kate started her insurance career with Integrated Insurance Solutions. Her passion is providing the community with farm raised meats and eggs from her ethically run hobby farm and being involved in her children’s sports.
